NIF4Erasmus, composed of lawyers registered with the Portuguese Bar Association, provides services to students in exchange programs who are coming to Portugal to study, among other related services.
The user undertakes to use and make proper use of the website in accordance with current legislation and the principles of good faith between the parties, as well as in accordance with the conditions set out in the NIF4Erasmus Privacy Policy, refraining from any unlawful or harmful actions that may interfere with the normal use of the website and its forms.
The user agrees to provide true, up-to-date, valid, and accurate documents and information in the forms included on the website.
Likewise, it is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, or modify, by any means or in any form, the content of the leads collected, except with the prior authorization of their rightful owners or when permitted by law.
Any commercial or advertising use that is not expressly authorized is also prohibited.

A refund of any amount paid to NIF4Erasmus will be available if the cancellation of the service is requested before the service has begun processing.
Once the service has started, refunds will no longer be available, except in cases where the service cannot be completed due to obstacles attributable to administrative entities, namely due to errors, lack of documentation, or missing information that prevent the regular progress of the process.
For services contracted exclusively through digital means and paid via electronic payment platforms (such as Stripe, among others), NIF4Erasmus reserves the right to refund only the net amount received, excluding any fees or commissions charged by those platforms for processing the payment.
NIF4Erasmus expressly prohibits the use of “framing” or any other mechanisms by third parties that alter the design, original layout, or content of its website and forms.

This document supplements and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the website https://www.nif4erasmus.com/ and sets forth the Terms and Conditions applicable to the completion and submission of the online application form for a Tax Identification Number (NIF) in Portugal, and/or fiscal representation. By submitting the form, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms set forth below.
To acquire our service, the user must complete the form and provide their personal data, as well as the requested documents. These documents must be truthful, current, and valid, and comply with the requirements specified in the form. The signing of a power of attorney will be necessary for the proper execution of the contracted service.
NIF4Erasmus cannot be held liable at any time for errors made by the user in filling out personal data or for any other improper use of this form.
The form must be fully completed and submitted, under penalty of not being accepted by NIF4Erasmus.
The available payment methods for the service are bank transfer or payment via an integrated external system (such as Stripe, but not limited to).
The amount to be paid shall constitute the final price of the requested service.
All information and documentation will be reviewed by our team, and the application is therefore subject to approval.
The use of NIF4Erasmus services and all resulting service agreements shall be governed by Portuguese law.
